THE PROCESS

Below is the exact purification and safety process confirmed by our Process Authority letter. Every step is engineered for clarity, safety, and purity.

1. Source Water Tested to EPA Standards

Every batch begins with a natural source that meets or exceeds EPA Safe Drinking Water Act requirements.
Only clean, safe source water gets into the system.

2. Reverse Osmosis Purification (RO)

This is where the magic happens.

Our RO system removes:

Dissolved solids
Organic compounds
Microorganisms
Metals
Chemicals
Microparticles
Microplastics

The output is ≤10 mg/L TDS, which is as close to “nothing but H₂O” as you can realistically get.

This is why the taste is crisp and clean. The water is stripped down to its molecular core.

3. UV Filtration (254 nm)

After RO, the water is hit with a calibrated 254 nm UV sterilization dose (≥ 40 mJ/cm²).

This neutralizes any residual microorganisms without:

4. Aseptic Filling Into Aluminum Cans

Every can and lid is sanitized before filling.
The water is filled under aseptic conditions and hermetically sealed immediately.
