Refund Timeframe

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order being delivered. Please email us at contact@specopswater.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Eligible Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders that arrive damaged or defective

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Lost or undelivered packages (after carrier confirmation)

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Customer error in order placement or shipping address
